Altantuya Shaariibuu was murdered nearly 17 years ago on 19 October 2006.

And yet, her murder remains shrouded in secrecy, with little or no definite answers as to the motive of her murder.

The motive was never established; key potential witnesses were never called; why her murder was deemed necessary was never explained; the mastermind behind this diabolical foul deed was never named; and the puppeteer who pulled the strings was never disclosed.

All we know is that Altantuya was killed on 19 October 2006 and her body was blown to smithereens with C4 explosives, leaving no trace of her.

She also played a role in the purchase of the French Scorpene-class submarines in 2002 by then defence minister, Najib Razak, for a staggering RM4.8bn. The commission given was also staggering – RM500m! This was allegedly paid to Razak Baginda, a close associate of Najib. Altantuya’s payment was supposedly $500,000 – about RM2m for her work as a translator in the submarine deal.

In the course of the negotiations for the submarine deal, she allegedly became intimately involved with both Najib and Razak. What secrets were exchanged in the course of their alleged relationships, we will never know.

Razak must have reneged on the agreement to pay Altantuya. So she came to Malaysia with her cousin to claim this sum from Razak. She could have been paid, but why she wasn’t we will never know.

When she was outside Razak’s house, she was abducted and taken to a remote area in Kuala Lumpur and murdered in cold blood with no compunction!

She must have been privy to certain highly incriminating information which made her dangerous while alive. Was that the reason she had to be put away? We will never know!

It was also speculated that she was pregnant at the time and the DNA would have established the parenthood of her unborn child. This would have had dire consequences for either one who was allegedly intimate with her. Was that the reason this evidence had to be destroyed? We will never know!

One of the two convicted killers, Sirul Azhar, has strongly denied carrying out the killing, claiming he was only acting on orders from his superiors. His stand was that he had only driven Altantuya to the murder scene. Until Sirul is brought back from Australia and put on the witness stand, we will never know the truth!

In the 2015 Al-Jazeera’s documentary Murder in Malaysia, it was mentioned that the Australian journalist responsible for this documentary had claimed that a third person present at the murder scene pulled the trigger. Is this true? We will never know!

The Australian journalist, Mary Ann Jolley, was deported “by five Malaysian immigration officers and a man in military outfit”. She was bullied, harassed and intimidated by the authorities – it was claimed – on orders by a top politician who had reason to be terrified of the documentary. Is this true? We will never know!

A year after Barisan Nasional lost power, the other convicted killer, Azilah Hadri, issued a shocking ‘statutory declaration’ dated 17 October 2019, admitting that it was Najib Razak who gave him the “shoot-to-kill” order to terminate the Mongolian mother of two, claiming that she was a “foreign spy” and national security threat. Until Azilah is put on the witness stand to verify his claim, we will never know the truth.

Many questions, speculations and claims surround the brutal murder of Altantuya. It is important to unravel the mystery to ensure that the scapegoats are not punished unjustly, while the real culprits go free.

To prevent this injustice, the government must bring back Sirul from the Australian detention centre where he is held to establish the truth.

The burning question is, why would Sirul and Azilah abduct and kill a woman they had never known or had dealings with? It doesn’t make sense!

Will this question be finally answered? Will justice prevail?

ABDUCTION OF ALTANTUYA, HIGH COURT DECISION & UNSC RESOLUTIONS – INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM

Vazeer Alam JCA in the Shah Alam High Court had already found 2 Royal Malaysian police bodyguards to serving prisoner ex-pm who was then dpm & defence minister, Razak Baginda & the Malaysian govt. liable for Altantuya’s death which was caused by her ABDUCTION & murder.

SCR 579 & 638 lucidly states that ABDUCTIONS are clear manifestations of International Terrorism.

She was never released (alive) from her abduction by the 2 Royal Malaysian police bodyguards whom the UNSC deems to be International Terrorists.

Those part of the conspiracy are part of International Terrorism.

Just ponder!

Slm Msia. The Rakyat generally today want Justice.Anwar has to seriously make sure all issues which have been ‘covered up’, are fully brought to a just closure. Our PM, at least this one today, for future Malaysians n the nation going forward, needs to remember that the law of Karma is physics n common sense. It goes n comes around. He apparently believes in it.Make Our nation one that is Dharmic in its philosophy. It needs firm leadership which i believe Anw can provide for all Rakyat. Pls get the King, Conference of Rulers to help n work with u.And,pls look out for our thought-to-be corrupt civil service.
