We are very grateful to the Federal Court judges for their wise and holistic decision in upholding the integrity of the law on sensitive hill land. This is a landmark victory to protect and preserve sensitive hill land in this country, ie land exceeding 76 metres above sea level and exceeding a 25-degree gradient .
The government, developers and all residents have to do their part to preserve and protect the sea and marine environment against the adverse effects of severe climate change.
