Bersih 2.0 chairperson Thomas Fan speaks to Robert Peden, the former chief executive and chief electoral officer of the New Zealand Electoral Commission, on the recently concluded New Zealand general election, which Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s Labour Party won ina landslide victory.
