Keep 23 July free for Aliran’s fund-raising dinner in KL

Follow us on our Malay and English WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube channels.

The Aliran Singers are coming to the Klang Valley for an Aliran fund-raising dinner! Join them for a night filled with music and dance performances and meet new friends and old in the struggle for a just society.

Reflect on what has been achieved and be inspired and uplifted. Our special guests will be Dato’ Ambiga Sreenevasan, Datuk A Samad Said (Pak Samad), Azmyl Yunor and Orkes Padu, Az Samad, and of course, the Aliran Singers.

Never heard of Aliran? We are an organisation for ‘social democratic reform’ that was founded in 1977. We advocate freedom, justice and solidarity; comment critically on social issues and offer independent analyses and alternative ideas. All this while keeping in mind the national and global picture based on universal human rights and spiritual values.

In 1987, we received ‘A1-Roster Consultative Status’ with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

We put across our message to the public through our website aliran.com and digital newsletters. We also organise talks, forums and workshops.

Unlike other websites whose funding sources are either unclear or derived from commercial advertisements, we rely on you, the Malaysian people, for funds to run our activities. This means you can be sure the views we disseminate are independent of vested interests. This dinner is our main fund-raising effort this year.

THIS LAW WHICH WAS ORIGINATED FROM ENGLAND HAS NOW BEEN REPEALED BY THEM.

MALAYSIA WANTS TO CONTINUE TO KEEP THIS IN ORDER TO HANG ON TO POWER AS LONG
AS THEY CAN; BUT THE TIME IS RUNNING OUT; THEY WILL LEARN THIS IN THE COMING GE

MAHA – CANNOT BE TRUSTED – DO NOT FORGET THE AMOUNT TROUBLE HE HAS BEEN
GIVING IN THE PAST.
