A CNN analyst believes the tatmadaw has under estimated the spirit of the Burmese citizens.
I must admit I had – I assumed the citizens in the face of the overwhelming firepower of the tatmadaw and its willingness to use it, will bow their heads in resignation and go back to their mundane lives.
But like a real live Hunger Games, the citizens of Burma have shown us that indomitable spirit in the face of death and suffering.
I can but pray that the sacrifices of those who have died, will die ,suffer and will suffer will be given due recompense, be it in this life or futurelife.
