Lying is a characteristic of Pas president Hadi Awang, it would seem. He could lie through his teeth with no qualms. He would tell the most outrageous lies without providing any proof!
Hadi said Pas will not be deceived into moving away from its Islamic policies and therefore will never cooperate with the DAP, unlike Umno.
Did the DAP ever try to deceive Pas “into moving away from its Islamic policies”? He doesn’t provide any clue to justify his empty claim. That’s typical of Hadi!
“Pas cannot enter DAP’s kitchen because of the presence of non-halal food,” Hadi asserted.
Hadi, were you invited to enter the DAP’s kitchen and whatever for? You have no business to be in the DAP’s kitchen in the first place!

If Hadi is so concerned and bothered about halal, why isn’t he also consistent with other things as well?
Does he realise he is breathing the air intermingled with and polluted by the breath of pigs and dogs? How does he feel breathing this air? Should he breathe this same air without any qualms?
Hadi, don’t you feel unclean receiving money handled and contributed by pork sellers and pork eaters?
Don’t you mind receiving your huge salaries, allowances and other perks from taxes paid by pork sellers and pork-eating business people?
You should be consistent with your uncompromising stand against certain Malaysian citizens you blatantly refer to as “infidels”. If you are sincere and honest, then you should demand only to be paid from zakat (tithe) funds. Why don’t you do that?
Hadi has repeatedly accused the DAP of links with communists, although the party was never involved in communism. If it was linked with communists, do you think the Special Branch of the police would not have known this? Would the Ministry of Home Affairs under previous Barisan Nasional administrations have closed an eye and turned away? They would have nailed the DAP nice and proper!
Hadi had accused the DAP of “glorifying the ashes” of the late Communist Party of Malaya leader Chin Peng, which were brought back to Malaysia in 2019.
Not only that, in his article in Harakah Daily, Hadi went even further with his blatant lies. According to him, the communists, who had no place to hide in the jungles after their party was outlawed, joined the DAP as a “cover”.
Have the former communists confided in Hadi and shared their secrets? By not disclosing this privileged information, was Hadi protecting the communists?
It’s a wonder why the police did not haul up Hadi to assist them by providing proof. Or did they just dismiss him as a loose cannon!
With so many grouses against the DAP, why did Pas join the Pakatan Rakyat opposition coalition, which comprised PKR, the DAP and Pas in 2008? It became part of Pakatan Rakyat in 2008. Why was Pas prepared to work with the DAP then? Was the DAP’s kitchen halal back then? Were they not allegedly communists? Were they not anti-Islam, anti-Malay and anti-royalty, as now claimed by Hadi? We wonder how sincere Hadi was in his criticism.
Being opportunistic, Pas saw this coalition afforded it an opportunity to retain Kelantan. Pas is not known to be consistent in its views. It bends with the wind!
If the DAP was anti-Islam and anti-royalty, as claimed by Hadi, wouldn’t that be criminal? Why didn’t Hadi make a police report? He didn’t – because he was smart enough to know it would have landed him in hot water if he couldn’t furnish proof?
Hadi reminds us of this quotation from the inspirational writer Israelmore Ayivor: “People appear like angels until you hear them speak. You must not rush to judge people by the colour of their cloaks, but by the content of their words!”

For his past late leader Haji Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat did not have … ill-mannered character and low standard immoral attitude.

enough is enough of this Hadi.s nonsense. the authorities should throw the book at him once and for all for inciting racial and religious disharmony. We are a peaceful nation living in harmony untill we get people like Hadi and Tun M for creating disharmony for their own political gains. The GURU who taught Malaysian politicians and even civil servants to LIE through their teeth is none other than the longest serving PM the country ever had – Mahathir. Just a year or two his his first stint as PM, he had publicly stated: TELL A LIE AND REPEAT IT OFTEN AND PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE IT IS THE TRUTH.
Hadi condemned DAP for Chin Peng ashes but he has NEVER CONDEMNED the world’s greatest thief Najib for stealing billions. I’m surprised why people still look up to him despite his constant lying…
ILL PORTENTS FOR DAP, PAS OR THE FUTURE OF MALAYSIA?
It is neither a riddle, a puzzle or an enigma that the DAP can move from the left
of the Malaysian political spectrum to the left-of-centre while the PAS stays
stubbornly in the right of it.
The DAP’s disposition just shows that the party which enjoys support in the urban
areas of Malaysia can accommodate a semblance of the Malaysian dream whereas
the intransigence of PAS just shows its ideology fails and fails abysmally to do just
that.
This alone has ominous portents for the future of the entire Federation of Malaysia.
