I
As you ponder over the
clear night sky
Adorned with
shimmering stars
floating amongst
galaxies upon
galaxies
Declaring the glorious
passing of yester
years

You pause for a while
as your feet caress
the carpet of mother
earth
And let your mind
wander and wonder
upon the unforgiving
brave new world
Trying hard to dictate
your future … but
then you know
better

Unlimited possibilities
and probabilities
grace your being
Laced with universal
intellect, logic,
experiences and
renewing wisdom

Not merely waiting for
opportunity to pass
your way
But creating
opportunities by
invoking your
positive mind
And stifle the gnawing
dark negative mind
Ushering you into
historical oblivion

And be aware that
inherent powers of
your being
Transforming latent
abstraction, illusion
and fantasy
Into your living reality

For your primordial
conscience and
consciousness
(fitrah insani)
Offer inspirations
to stifle meandering
obstacles along
your highways and
byways

So, pause and breathe
a little while longer
And let your sincere
intention merge with
your endearing
emotion
In the resounding
domain of your
pulsating heart

Triggering such
electro-magnetic
force
Reverberating through
every fibre of your
soulful being
As you solemnly seek
permission to
communicate with
The Almjghty

The Quran says
(Q 41:53):
LOOK UPON THE HORIZONS
(understand,
participate and be
sensitive to societal
problems)
AND UPON YOURSELF
(ponder/reflect
such happenings
to your primordial
conscience and
consciousness)
AND YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH
(haq/worldly truth).

The term Al-Haq (the Absolute Spiritual Truth) reflects one of the many attributes of The Almighty.
