1MDB investigation: Goldman Sachs to pay $3bn fine

Investment bank Goldman Sachs has agreed to pay a fine of nearly $3bn for its role in the Malaysian investment fund scandal. The penalty will be paid to US and other foreign regulators. The company’s Malaysian subsidiary has admitted violating American anti-bribery laws. Al Jazeera’s Florence Looi reports from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
