The legal fraternity convened in Putrajaya recently for the opening of the Legal Year 2024, and the Attorney General, Ahmad Terrirudin Mohd Salleh raised eyebrows when he asserted he is not constitutionally bound to provide reasons for prosecutorial decisions, such as the dropping of criminal charges.
