Last Friday, former Prime Minister Najib Razak was granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) over three money-laundering charges involving RM27m linked to SRC International after prosecutors failed to provide key documents.

BFM discusses the outcome of the case with independent business writer P Gunasegaram and how this reflects on the “Madani” (civil and trustworthy) government’s commitment to tackle corruption.
