I think it is not another 250b. The authorities are coy about the sources of fund. I suspect some of the projects under the 2020 budget Presented by the PH government could have been reviewed and reallocated under this stimulus package. So it may not be an additional amount on top of the 2020 budget. For example the current government has withdrawn the money allocated to the PH parliamentary constituency. I’m sure this money is part of the 250b. So we don’t know exactly how much is the additional amount that will be pumped into the economy.
