Warisan has sent a letter to force the Sabah state assembly member for Sebatik, Hassan Amir Gani, to vacate his seat, after he announced his resignation from the party last week.

Warisan president Shafie Apdal said Hassan had signed the resignation letter prior to the state election, in which he had pledged to remain loyal to the party if he won the seat.
