At least 13 vessels of Global Sumud Flotilla unlawfully intercepted by Israel

Israel has unlawfully intercepted at least 13 vessels belonging to the Global Sumud Flotilla.

The vessels include the Deir Yassine, Huga, Spectre, Adara, Alma, Sirius, Aurora, Grande Blu, Spectre and Yulara.

CCTV footage showed Israeli military vessels blasting boats with bright lights and spraying them with water cannons.

Organisers said Israel used “active aggression” against boats, noting that the Florida vessel was “deliberately rammed at sea”.

According to the GSF, 30 boats are still sailing towards Gaza, which is 46 nautical miles away.
