The professed purpose of 1MDB was to attract foreign investment and development in Malaysia to benefit all the people of Malaysia.
Question 1) How has 1MDB’s foray into the Global Capital Markets actually benefitted and benefitting all the people in Malaysia?
Question 2) A published study by Ingrid Goodspeed of the South African Institute of Financial Markets stated that Capital Markets benefit the poor. Do furnish the percentage of the Malaysian poor who had and are directly benefitting from 1MDB’s venture in the Global Capital Markets?
