The opposition, Pakatan Harapan, faced another thumping defeat, this time at the recent Johor state election.

Not only that, some experts pointed to the opposition’s inability to mobilise a lot of their base or Johoreans in general to go out and vote, because of various reasons.

There’s also the feeling that opposition appears slightly detached from the ground, unable to fight for what the people want.
