The Electoral Reforms Committee presented 49 recommendations on 27 August, including proposals for voters to vote where they live and a separation of functions currently under the Election Commission. BFM speaks with Danesh Prakash, mapping adviser at Tindak Malaysia, for his thoughts on the recommendations.
