In the announcement of the Budget, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim failed to mention constituency development funds being allocated to opposition MPs.

This is despite it being a 2022 general election manifesto promise by his Pakatan Harapan coalition.

Was this a missed opportunity for Malaysia Madani (civil Malaysia)? Does the opposition deserve constituency development funds or is this another issue entirely?
