For the second time in less than a week, Malaysian activists taking part in humanitarian flotillas sailing to Gaza have been intercepted by Israeli forces.

Nine Malaysians are believed to be among those kidnapped after their vessels The Conscience and Umm Saad, were intercepted in the Mediterranean Sea following their attempt to sail against the illegal blockade of Gaza.

As this fast-developing situation unfolds, what immediate steps are being taken to ensure the safety and rights of the detained Malaysians?
