Minister Hannah Yeoh has won her appeal against former inspector general of police Musa Hassan, with the Court of Appeal awarding the Segambut MP RM250,000 in damages.
The ruling overturns a previous High Court decision concerning Musa’s defamatory comments about Yeoh’s book and claims of a “Christianisation” agenda.
