The homeless population in Los Angeles, California’s most populous city, has seen significant growth in recent years.
High housing costs, a lack of affordable housing and economic inequality have contributed to the rising numbers. According to the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the homeless population increased by 30% in 2023, with over 119,000 people living on the streets or in shelters.
Mental health and substance abuse issues, combined with insufficient resources for support, further exacerbate the crisis. Despite local efforts and state funding, the problem remains a major challenge, reflecting broader issues of poverty and urban inequality in California.

The Biden administration is so busy with wars that they have forgotten to take care of the very people who voted them in. They can easily spend billions giving out war weapons to others but hardly enough to help their social and financial problems of the needy domestically!
