
A recent landmark court ruling has awarded RM760,000 in compensation to 93 migrant workers stranded in Malaysia after falling victim to a worker quota fraud.
This comes as Malaysia signed a new trade agreement with the US that includes stronger labour protection standards aligned with the International Labour Organization.
