TSNR and his NEWLY APPOINTED LAWYERS WERE SHOCKED BUT WHY SHOCKED ON THIS REJECTION APPEAL FOR ANOTHER DELAY OF HEARING BY THREE/FOUR MONTHS AS THE CHANGED LAW FIRM REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH VOLUMINOUS APPEAL RECORDS. WAS THE RAKYAT ALSO NOT SHOCKED BY REASONS DUE TO WHICH SOME PAST POSTPONEMENTS WERE APPROVED?
A professional Engineer suffered losses in one case while he benefited in an earlier case even though same computation method was used to compute his Professional Consultancy Services Fees. YOU WIN SOME LOSE SOME was the comment by the Engineer.
Is the Judicial system which approved earlier postponements not the same system which in this case? So the shocks!!
