
So the Federal Court has upheld the guilty verdict in Najib Razak’s SRC International case. Najib has been sentenced to 12 years in prison and fined RM210m ringgit.
While there may be some narrow escape routes left for Najib, the fact is Umno’s kleptocrat poster boy is currently behind bars, as we head towards the general election.

Not 12 years as may be eligible for remission with prison less than 8 yrs or lesser if pardoned.
If pardoned will it not nullify all the efforts to bring him to justice even after being found guilty after almost four years of investigations and court procedures
