Reforming the office of attorney general and the judicial and legal service

This report, commissioned by Bersih 2.0 and written by Andrew Yong, highlights the issues surrounding the constitutional arrangements of the role and the appointment process of the attorney general and the judicial and legal service in Malaysia. In this report, Bersih 2.0 makes some recommendations for improvement, to ensure that those responsible can carry out their duties independently, professionally and with integrity.
