Should government buildings have dress codes?

There have been several incidents over the last two months of women being turned away or being denied services in government buildings, because of what they were wearing.

BFM talks to lawyer Parveen Kaur Harnam and Dr Lai Suat Yan, a senior lecturer in the gender studies programme at the University of Malaya, about whether dress codes are legally enforceable and why the Rukun Negara is being dragged into this.
