Malik Imtiaz appears to be in agreement with Muhyiddin on the necessity of the small ‘e’ emergency proclaimed.
Well Anwar is on record as saying PKR will mount a legal challenge against the advice Muhyiddin gave the King, leading to the proclamation.
Everyone is very careful not to tread on the wrong side of the law with respects what the King does.
Yet, we have to accept that the institution of the King in our country can only be as strong and good as the advice given to him.
So, let’s hope the case will go to court and a legal mind of the stature of the late Tun Salleh Abas, will handle the case and dare to rule without fear or favour.
