A Malaysian man, Nagaenthran Dharmalingam, has been given a letter confirming 10 November as the date of his execution in Singapore.

According to his lawyers, this is despite Nagaenthran’s diagnosis of an intellectual impairment by a certified psychiatrist.

BFM speaks to Dobby Chew, executive coordinator of the Anti-Death Penalty Asia Network, about the efforts being taken to stop the execution.
