The Greens MP for Newtown, Jenny Leong, urged the New South Wales parliament in Australia to practice anti-racism, particularly in relation to discussions about foreign affairs.
“At our core, we must be anti‑racist in our approach to all that we do. That includes how we talk and what we do when it comes to international relations and to China. It is not easy and there are many complexities to negotiate.”
