Prisoner Najib Razak turned up for his 1MDB case at the High Court on 5 September despite an overnight stay in hospital.
The prosecution’s 26th witness, Siti Zauyah Mohd Desa, a former deputy secretary general at the Ministry of Finance, told the court that Mohd Bakke Salleh’s resignation as 1MDB chairman was not recorded in the company’s meeting minutes.
