Court proceedings were cut short today because Najib’s lawyer had the flu.

At this rate will this case [and other similar cases] continue until the next 15 GE of which there may now be a greater possibility? Other medical reason postponements: # Due to eye infection; # Lead counsel fractured his left wrist after his pet dog jumped on him and that he was in pain and needed to seek immediate medical attention later through an X-ray scan, # Hurts knee in fall, # May have been some other reasons. POSTPONEMENTS MAY RESULT IN HIGH COSTS OF TAXPAYERS’ FUNDS WHICH RAKYAT HAS TO BEAR AND RESULT IN DELAYS AND CLOSURE OF CASES.
