Recently, Malaysiakini released a series of stories on statelessness in the country.

One of the stories featured was about a stateless boy in Sabah with HIV who passed away after skipping and delaying his HIV treatments due to expensive payments required by the hospital.

BFM asks Yayasan Chow Kit co-founder Dr Hartini Zainuddin, how many more are affected and what the remedy is for this.
