Political scientist Wong Ching Huat proposes codifying laws to ensure constituency allocations are fair and equal among all MPs. A government MP could apply for up to RM3.5m while an opposition MP only gets RM100,000 a year.

The PH govt., a supposedly reform minded one , did not put in place legislation for fair allocations to all political parties with respects constituency allocations during its 22 months rule.
Does Wong Chin Huat seriously think this pengkhianat nasional regime to do better?
