The Malaysian Insight recently reported that a recent poll by Merdeka Centre that gave Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin a 67% approval rating drew comments from analysts who said the results may not have given an accurate reading of respondents’ sentiments.

BFM speaks to Tindak Malaysia director Danesh Prakash Chacko about what public polls aim to achieve and what pollsters should do to generate accurate, high-quality findings.
