California Governor Gavin Newsom and state Attorney General Rob Bonta sued the Trump administration over his sweeping tariffs.
In a press conference announcing the lawsuit, Newsom called out Congress on the issue. “Where the hell is Congress? Where the hell is Speaker Johnson? Do your job,” Newsom said.
